5/2/22 — FIRST ANNIVERSARY of PARASURAMA GURUKULA On the occasion of Vasanta Pancami and Sarasvati Puja, commemorating the First Anniversary of the Sahyadri Parasurama Gurukula Inauguration on February 16, 2021, the Gurukula boys performed Harinam Sankirtan in the neighboring town of Hebri.

FIELD TRIP TO VARAHAVANA

14/2/22 — The Parasurama Gurukula boys from Hebri, along with their teachers, joined their young friends from the Rishi Gurukula in Kollur to travel to the Varahavana Ashram on the occasion of Varaha Dvadasi. In addition to plenty of Kirtan and the performance of Abhishekam the boys took some time out to bath in the large well, a rare opportunity to perform the Vaisnava sport of swimming. Everyone was fully rejuvenated by the wonderful two days transcendental excursion.

5/2/22 — This year the Gurukula boys celebrated Lord Nityananda Appearance at the Sahyadri SRI Krishna Balarama Ksetra Ashram (SSKBK) performing Kirtan and Abhishekam. Afterwards, they happily honored Krishna Prasadam. That same day, the Gurukul boys attended the Ratha Yatra at the Anantha Padmanabha temple in Hebri performing kirtana for the pleasure of Anantpadamnabh Swami accompanied by HG Ramlakshman Prabhu, Manager at SSKBK.

21/2/22 — Amar Krishna prabhu who is temporarily replacing our Gurukula Headmaster, Sriman Kurushrestha prabhu, administered the Final Examination for the 7th Standard to the Gurukula boys. In this way the boys at Parasurama Gurukula learn to balance both theory and practice.
