Report of the IDVM Mid-term Meeting 2016

ISKCON Daiva Varnasrama Ministry held its mid-term meetings on 9^th July 2016 at New Govardhan, Secunderabad.

Meeting started with Hare Krishna Mahamantra kirtan led by Gour Gopal prabhu. Then the meeting began with the sharing of H.H.R.P. Bhakti Raghava Swami’s (Minister for IDVM-India) report with all the directors. Thereafter Ramsaran prabhu (Finance), Harikirtan prabhu (Rural development), Sripati prabhu (Book publications), Gour Gopal prabhu (Communications), Rama Lakshman prabhu (Secretariat), Jananivas prabhu (Media productions), and Shyam Sundar prabhu (Fund raising) submitted reports of their respective departments.

The new E.C. will present a position paper for follow-up programs and have preaching centers in Janagaon to begin with.

Resolution 1

Ramsaran prabhu requested that as he is expected to be busy with his personal work this year he cannot do justice with the responsibilities of the EC-Chairman. He therefore requested to be relieved of this.

Whereas the general body accepted the request.

Therefore, the new body is formed.

Resolution 2

Whereas the general body proposed Gourgopal das as the EC-Chairman and Rasamandal prabhu as the Vice Chairman.

Gourgopal prabhu was unanimously elected as the EC-Chairman and Rasmandal prabhu as the Vice-Chairman for one year-term.

Resolution 3

Whereas all the directors felt the need for the IDVM to have its own vehicle for various preaching activities, especially Sri Govind Gau Gram Prachar Yatra.

Therefore the EC will work to get a vehicle (second-hand) as soon as the funds are raised.

The members thanked the host Gourgopal das and family for the hospitality and nice prasadam.

Kementerian ISKCON Daiva Varnasrama menyelenggarakan pertemuan jangka menengahnya pada 9 Juli 2016 di New Govardhan, Secunderabad.

Pertemuan dibuka dengan kirtan Mahamantra Hare Krishna yang dipimpin oleh Gour Gopal prabhu. Lalu dimulai dengan dibacakannya laporan H.H.R.P. Bhakti Raghava Swami ( Menteri IDVM-India ) kepada seluruh pimpinan. Setelah itu Ramsaran prabhu ( Keuangan ), Harikirtan prabhu ( Pembangunan Desa ), Sripati prabhu ( Penerbitan Buku ), Gour Gopal prabhu ( Komunikasi ), Rama Lakshman prabhu ( Sekretariat ), Jananivas prabhu ( Produksi Media ), dan Shyam Sundar prabhu ( Pengumpulan Dana ) mengajukan laporan untuk masing – masing bidang mereka.

E.C. yang baru akan menghadirkan makalah posisi untuk program – program mendatang dan memiliki pusat pengajaran di Janagaon yang dimulai dengan

Keputusan 1

Ramsaran prabhu meminta bahwa selama ia diharapkan untuk sibuk dalam pekerjaan individualnya tahun ini, ia tidak bisa menjalankan keadilan dengan tanggungjawabnya sebagai ketua E.C. Oleh karena itu, beliau meminta untuk dibebaskan dari hal ini,

Mengingat badan umum menerima permintaan ini.

Oleh karena itu, dibentuklah badan baru.

Keputusan 2

Mengingat badan umum mengusulkan Gourgopal das sebagai Ketua EC, dan Rasamandal prabhu sebagai wakil ketua. Gourgopal prabhu tidak keberatan ditunjuk sebagai Ketua EC dan Rasamandal prabhu sebagai Wakil Ketua dalam waktu satu tahun.

Keputusan 3

Mengingat semua pimpinan merasakan bahwa IDVM perlu memiliki kendaraannya sendiri untuk berbagai kegiatan pengajaran, khususnya Sri Govinda Gau Gram Prachar Yatra.

Oleh karena itu EC akan bekerja untuk mendapatkan kendaraan (bekas pakai ) segera setelah dana terkumpulkan.
