Yuga Dharma in Kali Yuga, the Sankirtan yagna,, is very simple and sublime. But people are engaged in so many complicated activities that simply to meet their basic necessities of life they need to slog the whole week. They can hardly take time off for spiritual practices. Even villagers who are expected to lead simpler life have no time for attending satsanga programs. By the hard work of preachers focused on village preaching, many villagers are cultivated to take Krishna conscious practices. Vrindavan das, lalithanath das, Shivaram das and Ajamila das are few devotees who are involved in village preaching in Prakasham, Krishna and Guntur districts of Andhra Pradesh.

On February 28, 2019, there was a village festival organised in Mopidevi village ( a very historical village with a famous Sri Subramanium swami temple) in Krishna district to inspire the villagers from different villages practicing Krishna conscious. Around eighty villagers attended the program.

The program included Gopuja, gram sankirtan, 6 maha books and 15 small books were distributed, discussions on simple living and on Sri Nityananda prabhu’s preaching exploits, besides pushabhishekam & arati of the lordships Sri Sri Radha Shyamsunder (deities worshipped by one grihastha devotee) and prasadam. A few farmers involved in natural farming brought their sample produces to inspire other farmers.
The devotees left inspired to come back to participate for future such spiritual retreats. A few devotees pledged to keep cows and take to holistic agriculture practices.
