Arjuna prabhu is the son-in-law of Drupada prabhu, a Prabhupada disciple connected with ISKCON Toronto in the early days and who also spent a considerable amount of time in India cooking and serving the Deities at the Sri Sri Krishna Balarama temple in Vrindavan.

Over the last few years Arjuna prabhu, with the help of other family members and friends, has developed a thriving business producing Kale Chips. The demand for his Kale Chips has been phenomenal with an expanding business all over Canada and abroad as well. The family has their own farm and also keeps cows on their farm. In addition to cows they have a few horses, some sheep and a few other animals.

Our small group of devotees briefly visited his farm where we were treated with samples of Kale Chips. Arjuna prabhu adalah anak menantu dari Drupada prabhu, murid Prabhupada yang telah terhubung dengan ISKCON Toronto dari masa-masa awal dulu dan beliau juga sempat tinggal dalam waktu yang lama di India untuk memasak dan melayani Archa Sri Sri Krishna Balarama ttemple di Vrindavan.

Telah selama beberapa tahun Arjuna prabhu, dibantu oleh keluarga yang lain serta para sahabat, telah mengembangkan usaha produksi kale Chips (salah satu jenis keripik yang terbuat dari sayuran hijau). Bisnis ini telah menjadi fenomenal dengan perluasannya hingga ke seluruh Canada dan juga sampai ke luar negeri. Keluarga ini memiliki lahan pertanian mereka sendiri dan juga memelihara sapi di tanah mereka. Selain dari pada sapi mereka juga memiliki kuda, dan beberapa binatang yang lain.

Group kecil kami mengunjungi tempat ini dalam waktu singkat dan disana kami disuguhi dengan contoh dari Kale Chips. Keluaga ini juga menanam beberapa tanaman organik di kebunbkecil mereka namun fokus utama mereka adalah untuk mempertahankan produksi dari Kale Chips.
