BLISS is an educational project for the progress towards sustainable Vaisnava communities with three areas of interest being that of 1) networking, 2) service to local ISKCON communities and 3) research. The main organizer of the event was HG Indraneelmani das who oversees the BLISS project. Various devotees assisted in putting the project together, including HG Bharat Chandra das who acted as Master of Ceremony.
